EXT. CANAL - DAY gets it's World Premiere

EXT. CANAL - DAY is a new short film conceived and photographed along The Royal Canal between Phibsboro and Cabra in North Dublin City. A bizarre and absurd telling or re-imagining of the story of William Rowan Hamilton and his contribution to quantum science that occurred along the above mentioned location.

Featuring longtime collaborator Cillian Roche alongside Clown Johnie K and Oisin Prendiville, EXT. CANAL - DAY gets it's World Premiere at this year's Octopus Marquee Independent Film Festival.

"Are you a degenerate riverboat gambler? An astronaut questioning their faith? Maybe a lazy woodpecker who wants to relax on Sunday. Or even a florist who remembers their past life as a sunflower. Regardless of what type of oddball you are, Octopus Marquee Independent Film Festival wants to experience your vision. If you are an artist, a freak, a weirdo, a kid who sat alone at lunch, we want to see your vision. The films that have a voice and a unique experience, abstract or concrete, are the driving force behind our love of cinema." - The Octopus Marquee Independent Film Festival

EXT. CANAL - DAY was completed thanks to The Arts Council of Ireland Agility Award 2021.
