Drifting Cities and Olive goto Italy.

Two of my films screen this year at Mostra internazional del cinema di Genova. Drifting Cities and Olive both screen in the Innovative Languages section of the festival. 10th - 18th October. "As Andrej Tarkovsky once said : « The image is not a certain meaning , expressed by the director, but the entire world reflected as in a drop of water ». So here we are; we would like to try to gather, in the Festival, these reflections, ephemeral at times, immediately lost, to rescue them from the general devastation and forgetfulness, humble caretakers of the freedom, lightness, power and fragility of art." BLACK GOLD goes to Mumbai

This December BLACK GOLD screens as part of 16mm Festival 2022 in Mumbai. The 16mm Film Festival is organised by Harkat Studios, an alternative arts space and a film production company based in Mumbai and Berlin. BLACK GOLD is a short film produced by longtime collaborator Cillian Roche and entirely shot on one roll of b/w Super 8mm film and hand processed.
