Hung, Drawn and Quartered plays at Milwaukee Underground Film Festival otherwise known as MUFF.

"HUNG, DRAWN, AND QUARTERED (2018) kicks things off with a pixilated pageant of visually clever set-ups, staged for the delectation of a single Super8 roll of color negative. Higgins’ toy-mangling experiments remind me of early underground works like Ken Jacobs’ LITTLE STABS AT HAPPINESS, while anticipating the agitated quest for diversion that defines life under quarantine (complete with a coda of handwashing)."
