In association with Experimental Film Society OPEN NIGHT CINEMA presented their second installment of EFS work.
Two collaborative Homo Sapiens Project
films by Rouzbeh Rashidi, Dean Kavanagh and Maximilian Le Cain opened
the night. HSP is an ongoing series of personal experimental video
works by Rouzbeh Rashidi initiated in August 2011 for both online and
screen context.
One main aspect of the EFS series is a specifically designed environment
that engages fully with the site and the audience. The Illuminated
Room, an expanded cinema performance by Michael Higgins featuring
Cillian Roche followed the HSP films.
